Executive Assistant to MD 604 views

–  Works closely with other team members to assure the M.D.’s preparation for meetings, presentations or other engagements.
–  Supports in strategic planning activities
–  Note taking & creating documentation
–  Administrative and functional activities such as taking phone call, maintaining personal and business files, etc. · Conduct research, analyze
complex data, and prepare reports and recommendations for the Director that clearly and concisely document the facts and propose options for
implementation or resolution.
–  Research records and obtain information from other offices or agencies, as necessary, to perform assigned duties.
–  Collaborate with stakeholders to reach data-informed decisions
–  Prepare clear and concise documents
