Job Description
– As a Finance Specialist – Client Financial Management you will act as the main point of leadership to our growing CFM team in India. Using
existing and new technologies, you will work closely with CFM managers in US and Europe to define and develop growing CFM support role in India
You will be an instrumental part of our team working closely with Finance colleagues, Client Principals and our delivery teams. This role will
have visibility with our senior Client Principals and Finance leaders, up to and including the CFO.
Responsibilities
– Should be able to manage office and space level CFM support for offshore leadership.
– Have excellent commercial skills in the professional service space.
– Perform or assist with work plan reconciliation and reporting, process financial transactions, and track time and expenses.
– Managing special assignment for India leadership team (e.g. Ad hoc reporting, trend analysis, costing and forecasting)
– Assist with engagement startup (pricing, project setup) and shutdown activities (prepare final bill to client, close project codes etc.)
– Manage own time to create the assigned deliverables, escalate impediments to supervisor.
– Mentoring the team of existing CFM resources and help build CFM global delivery model in India Qualifications
– Ability to communicate and establish relationships with stake holders.
– Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment
– Ability to analyze data, problems / objectives
– Prior people management experience is preferable

– Experience with working on SAP is desired
